Cost Enquiry and Order Entry

By submitting a preliminary cost enquiry, the practice can request preliminary cost estimates from the laboratory simply and in a playful manner. Using the Order Entry button, the practice can with a few clicks enter a clear-cut order and in the document archive you will find all the offers and naturally invoices to enter them in the practice administration. With the standardised interface, this works with the great majority of programs.

Exactly those items are requested which are otherwise written on the hardcopy order.

Also interesting is the possibility of adding images directly to the order. This is naturally important for the laboratory, for example when the preparation of drilling templates, implant work etc. is required.
If the practice is planning the purchase of an intraoral scanner, this is also no problem for the digital order form. These data can also be transmitted.

Last but not least, the appointments and memoranda.

If the work is finished and the laboratory has sent the electronic dataset with the laboratory invoice to the practice, with the aid of a small additional and free-of-charge program, the practice is notified automatically of the arrival of the accounting file.
By means of this file generated in the digital order form, the data can be integrated in the dental practice accounting software.
